Terms of Service

Last updated: April 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by Novel Bio RecoveryLLC ("Novel Bio Recovery," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

If this is a medical or life-safety emergency, call 911.

Novel Bio Recovery provides cleanup and remediation services after a scene has been released by emergency responders or law enforcement. We are not first responders, medical providers, or law enforcement. Do not delay calling 911 to contact us.

1. Services we provide

Novel Bio Recovery offers professional cleanup, decontamination, and remediation services for crime scenes, trauma scenes, unattended deaths, biohazards, hoarding, and odor remediation. Specific scope, pricing, and timing for any individual job are agreed in writing or by phone before work begins.

2. Service area and availability

We serve Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, the Carolinas & northern Florida on a twenty-four-hour, seven-day-a-week basis. Response times vary based on distance, weather, and current workload, and any time estimate we share is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our service area or scope of expertise.

3. Authorization to access property

By scheduling services, you represent that you are the property owner or have the legal authority to authorize cleanup at the property in question. You agree to provide us with reasonable access to the property during the times we have agreed to perform work. You are responsible for informing other occupants, neighbors, or property managers as needed.

4. Fees, payment, and insurance billing

Fees are quoted on a per-job basis based on the nature, size, and scope of work. We can bill homeowner, commercial, or other applicable insurance policies directly when you authorize us to do so. If insurance does not cover the job in full, you remain responsible for any unpaid balance. Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Georgia law.

5. Text messages (SMS)

Our published phone numbers can receive text messages. We use texting to reply to people who contact us and to communicate about work we are arranging or carrying out. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we operate no subscription lists, alerts, or campaigns. Message frequency varies, because it depends entirely on the conversation you are having with us.

If you text us first, we may reply to confirm your message reached us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

To stop:reply STOP — or UNSUBSCRIBE, or END — to any message from us. It has to be that single word on its own; a reply such as "please stop" will not register. You will get one automatic confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts from us. If you later want to hear from us by text again, reply START.

For help: reply HELP to any message from us and a member of our team will answer you. If you need a reply straight away, call (866) 370‑1757 instead — the phone is always the faster route.

Texting is not the way to reach us in an emergency. If the matter is urgent, call (866) 370‑1757 — a member of our team answers, day or night. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Participating carriers include: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central Illinois (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
